Least inclusive place I’ve ever worked
Pros
Pay, benefits, flexibility and mission.
Cons
Performance, impact, outcomes, qualifications, experience, value, etc. are discounted if you’re a white male. As a white male myself, I don’t feel I belong at this company and I would NOT recommend it to anyone, irrespective of race and/or gender. The CEO is on her own personal mission to be seen promoting almost exclusively women and women of color. She says: “It’s a we thing.” But when it comes to gender and/or race, it she for she and us for us. It’s as if she doesn’t understand or care about the role white men play in solving the ID&E crisis at this company. She appoints people to her leadership because of the way they look and she allows poor leadership to be rewarded simply because they represent a particular cohort.
