Pros

-Nice to get paid to acquire licenses & registrations the first 2 1/2 months of the job -Site is nice but who has time to enjoy anything they have to offer with the workload

Cons

-Training is horrible (worst I've ever had) -Micromanaging (can't even get up to go to the bathroom without being watched and tracked) -Glorified call center job -Mandatory 18 months before you can move outside the NCC
