Pros

Benefits, potential bonus, nice office campus, cafe on site

Cons

Salaries are lower than what they used to be, call center positions are highly micromanaged, harder to get promoted due to limited jobs available, lots of systems issues, mgt blaming employees for issues they caused with new systems

Pros

Great company for work/life balance. The benefits and pay are top notch.

Cons

Very complex systems and products. New company structure has left a bad taste. Decisions seem not well thought out for the employees and customers alike. Raise freezes have been in effect for high earners for several years.
