TIAA reviews

I recently applied for a marketing role at TIAA and was sorely disappointed. The company seems to be in disarray, with no clear direction or leadership. Mickey, the CMO, appears completely out of touch and is a hindrance rather than a help. Her direct reports are a joke; they seem to spend more time avoiding work than actually doing any. It's a mystery how this team functions, as no one seems to understand basic marketing principles. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere if you value competence and sanity in your workplace.
