Compensation benefits : Company do pay variable pay to there employees. Learning : do follows agile methodology almost every team and get to experience functionality.

Cons

1. Legacy systems, laid back environment which may bring you in comfort zone and limited scope of new learning technically. 2. No Onsite opportunities at all doesn't matter number of experience you have.
