Pros
I worked for Tighitco for 2 years. This was a very nice company to work for. Back then they offered Christmas bonus and great raises. This is what I valued about a smaller company. Overall the experience was not bad.
Cons
Poor medical benefits. Revolving door as far as employment is concerned
