Over the past year, we’ve made great progress in building our amazing employee affinity groups for Women in Technology and Equality, Equality, and Inclusion. In this remote Covid environment, our corporate team has frequently hosted fun and informative events meant to bring the company together in a very inclusive manner.       Pros

      Owners / leaders listen and care and are trying. Veteran-focused company, great benefits. Technology oriented, lot of fun and interesting new way of doing business conversations and learning. Notably messaging more that employees matter / focused on improving the working/life experience. Good customers in gov't space.

      Cons

      Typical organizational change issues, but keep communicating.
