      Remote work opportunities, some good co-workers.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Go to their website, go to current job postings, look at the job requirements, and then look at the salary range. That's pretty much all you need to know about their "employee first" initiative. And when I was offered an internal position, they offered me even less than the already pitiful salary range in the job posting.
