Pros
I've been here for a long time now and I've seen this company grow from a small company with 200 people to one six times as big. The cool thing is that it's still a small company at heart. The owners still know employees names and make jokes with them in the weekly all-hands meeting just like it's a small company. That culture is still probably the best thing for me, as I came from a 10,000-employee company where you felt anonymous and only knew the members of your immediate team. So, that's what I like best.
Cons
I still feel the company needs more middle management to account for the growth, which probably sounds strange to say, but they hire the teams first and only add management later as needed, so I do feel that while my manager and most of the ones I know work very hard unlike other companies, they are stretched thin and it can be hard to get a hold of them. I that is just part of the culture here, but I see it as an opportunity for improvement. Not complaining, just pointing out a fact. Otherwise, I still prefer TISTA to my previous employers, some of whom offer more money up front but never give you a raise and don't care about their employees
