Great company to work for

Pros

Really enjoyed working here. I was hired out of college for a technical role and feel like the pay was very fair for my skill set. Since it was a contracting position, I didn't interact directly with TISTA often, but they were always attentive and helpful when I needed anything.

Cons

None that I can think of -- everyone was very friendly!

Pros

You can always find a human being to solve whatever tools or processes need figuring out.

Cons

Most business operations are done by email or with phone calls. Not much process automation. The benefits are just adequate. Mostly, answerable to government leaders, rarely interact with TISTA leadership. Don't know whom they are.
