Everything is great about this company! They treat you like family, the benefits are incredible, although a little pricey, they are worth it! Management and H.R. is fantastic and is always available to help support and nurture your growth regarding your career.

Excellent collaboration of team members and management from the Founder of the company, all the way down to the entry level positions. Everyone is treated equally and fairly. TISTA is a family and everyone is appreciated and it shows every single day!

Cons

In my three years with the company, I have never experienced any Cons with the company. However, working on some of the Contracts you may experience some negatives from some of the clients and that is always to be expected. There's not much you can do with that.
