Not too quick to answer emails or return phone calls. Pretty pathetic.

Hello and thank you for reviewing TISTA! We appreciate you noting our competitive pay and awesome benefits. We were thrilled to add Paid Time Off for maternity/paternity leave as a benefit in 2021. We also hope that you were able to participate in the financial workshops and the virtual wellness fair we've offered recently to kick off 2022! We are disappointed that you've experienced a delay in response to emails & phone calls. TISTA has an open-door policy and is very transparent. In fact, we have the weekly Pulse meeting where our valued associates are invited to attend and ask questions of our senior leadership. Hello and thank you for recognizing some of the perks that TISTA offers to our associates. In 2021 we added paternity/maternity leave to our comprehensive benefits plan. We also increased our commitment to celebrating our diverse team with the addition of three affinity groups! Women in Technology, EEI (Equality, Equality, and Inclusion), and Roll Call for veterans! We are concerned with your perception of favoritism in the company. TISTA has more than doubled in the last two years and we've tried very hard to maintain that family feel.
