Very fast growth company wide and excellent relationships within associates and teams. Work underway to transform the organization to compete with established firms. Transformative leadership and support during COVID 19 has helped bring everyone together. Lots of prospects for growth and development. Really good pay and benefits that are competitive in the area. Demonstrated quals in competing with Big Consulting firms in winning large projects across CMS and VA.

Cons

It’s a growing organization. Be ready to roll your sleeves and get to work. If you are looking for a well oiled machine, this is not for you. It’s growth and speed in transformation has challenges and sometimes make it difficult to get things done fast. Individuals that can make the best use of resources, have innovative solutions and take initiative flourish.
