      Pros

      They are growing quickly over the past 2 years, and have realized that they need to shift how they do business as they are growing in size. This type of consideration is doing a lot of good for everyone here. They are def going to be one of the places that thrives as they continue to grow.

      Cons

      I'm sure that I could nit-pick and list a few things, but really on the whole no complaints.

      Pros

      1 good pay raise in a year. Christmas bonus.

      Cons

      Toxic coworkers/team lead Hardly any communication from management Once they find out you are leaving they treat you terribly Overall a very boring job with no room for growth Terrible training and a useless KB.

      Pros

      Tista is fantastic! I love the company culture, the support of the management team and their open door policy. This is one of the very best jobs I have ever had! Great company to work for! Benefits, 401K, company bonuses, annual raises, and so much more. GREAT pay rates!

      Cons

      Medical benefits could be a little better. They use Cigna, which is very expensive. If I am going to pay that much every month, I would like to see BCBS incorporated into the company for medical insurance provided by the company.
