      Terrible environment, no support from Management Management shows little respect to the employees Employees are treated like a herd of cattle rather than an asset. Basic employee needs are considered a luxury and you are left on your own Support staff and HR will treat you horribly Some individuals are allowed to intimidate employees to silence their voices Cliquish, and you are made to feel as intrusion and an outsider People don't last much

      Pros

      It used to be the people that were there but due to unethical behavior all of the good ones left.

      Cons

      1. The office space is dirty and unkept 2. HR is as bad as they come. Employees including me reported to HR the verbal abuse they received on a daily basis from partners of the company and nothing was done. 3. Benefits are horrible. 4. They claim to care about veterans but just ask them how many veterans they actually employ. 5. Unethical practices are running rampant at this place and no one is doing anything about it. 7. Everything is being monitored on a regular basis and the paranoia is high among some of the partners. 8. I could go on and on but what’s the point.

      Good team members, while they last..

      Cons

      Company focus is on its contracts not employees. Employees are moved onto projects that benefit the company without considering the employee's career path. No room for growth. High turnover. Lots of false promises and no accountability from senior leadership. Unethical business practices.
