Treated like family, focused on helping you further your career aspirations, excellent teams to work with, management is fantastic, caring and kind. Always there to support you and listens. Great pay, excellent benefits package, Pet insurance, and a whole lot more!!

- Pro Veteran company - Company cares about employees - Decent professional development program - The company is very professional (in my experience and work areas) - Awards and $ salary raise/bonuses for performance (I experienced/received both in the same year)

Cons

- No real room for advancement (to be expected in a government contract environment) - Like in other experiences, I can say that mine in this one that about 100% of the work load is carried by 50% or less of the employees on the teams which consist mostly of TISTA contractor employees (this does not mean TISTA is bad, but that the employees hired are which happen to represent TISTA in a negative way) -
