Pros
Nice management team if you get the chance to meet and interact with them. Company puts on events for employees.
Cons
Difficult to move to new roles or "promote" if a contractor; NO ROOM FOR GROWTH; salary compensation/increase not great as based on billing rate on contract,therefore dont expect salary increases even if perform well; no professional development or annual review in place; not a lot of communication from leadership on what is going on with the company; better fit for someone who doesn't mind working alone; not good fit for younger professional seeking team/collaborative environment; overhead seems heavy which may contribute to lack of salary for those working on contracts (lots of BD, proposal, executives, etc)
