      TISTA takes good care of employees, has a positive work environment, plenty of opportunities for advancement, and interesting work.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast that it has a hard time keeping it's positions filled.

      Pros

      Work is mostly autonomous. You have the opportunity to work on projects without TISTA management placing additional pressure on top of client expectations.

      Cons

      Sometimes contact with TISTA leadership is seldom. Performance reviews might have to be asked for by the employee.

      Decent company but stingy with paying employees who proved their worth.

      Pros

      This is truly dependent on your direct management but I've been fortunate to have good direct leadership during my tenure. I don’t know about the execs because I was offsite and we were really treated like the kids you sent away to boarding school.

      Cons

      Their choice in subcontractors could be better. Tista values its clients but unfortunately chose subcontractor companies who value their own company culture more than the client. Makes taking care of the client much harder and cleaning up subcontractor mess is a job itself.
