      ** Management truly cares about employees ** Some Health Care plans are fully company paid ** Truly the small business/family based company ** overall benefit package is acceptable ** Actually invests in training for employees ** Travel reimbursement happens quickly ** Has many employee functions (Receptions, Holiday Gatherings) ** Is continuously growing ** Provides corporate updates to employees on a regular basis ** Is open to teleworking
