Hello and thank you for reviewing TISTA! We appreciate you noting our competitive pay and awesome benefits. We were thrilled to add Paid Time Off for maternity/paternity leave as a benefit in 2021. We also hope that you were able to participate in the financial workshops and the virtual wellness fair we've offered recently to kick off 2022! We are disappointed that you've experienced a delay in response to emails & phone calls. TISTA has an open-door policy and is very transparent. In fact, we have the weekly Pulse meeting where our valued associates are invited to attend and ask questions of our senior leadership.
