Pros

Open to hiring all types of people. Easy to move up once employed. Can have any piercings or tattoos.

Cons

Bad management. A ton of employees quit within the first six months. A lot of the coordinators have power trips and push all the duties they don't want to do onto the younger employees.

Great Merchandise. Very fast paced and keep you busy. The associates are hard worker and some are dedicated.

Cons

The customers are not friendly and they expect that you can give it to them for cheaper price.

Pros

Made good friends out of the work life. Associates were able to get along well and work well together. Managers we're able to work with you and make sure you're able to get your hours in. Associates are also very accepting of new associates.

Cons

Sometimes your schedules were messed up. Not all of the managers are on the same page. The systems in this particular store is old. Also need to have a way for associates able to see their schedules online, so they don't have to call in and ask or come in and check.
