      Flexible hours/availability Diverse coworkers Everyone is helpful for the most part

      Cons

      Poor management, most of them can be very rude, play favorites, and not helpful and expect you to not have a life outside of work. Short on hours frequently. Big turnover rate for higher positions, not really a place you can grow with. Not any good benefits unless you're full time.
