Pros

Company is growing and very stable

Cons

Ernie has starting ruining this company. It’s not the same , too much merchandise with payroll cuts due to increased minimum wages. Do more with less is the new formula. Push credit cards with incredible high rates, only way you’ll shine.

Pros

Offers plenty of hours to work. Also offers overtime if interested. Enjoy the employee discounts offered to use in the stores. Always opportunity for advancement if you put in the hard work.

Cons

Sometimes customers can be disrespectful. The employee areas are not the cleanest. (often times the bathroom and floors in the main area are not the cleanest.)
