They are very flexible with your schedule. If you get credit cards, you can be entered for prizes. Common TJ Maxx job.

Cons

Always on your feet. There is chance for a raise at all. Started minimum wage, ended minimum wage.

The interview process was a piece of cake. Most of the managerial staff were quite friendly.

Cons

Not enough hours being given out. A lot of favortism was going on. managerial staff weren't always encouraging or responsive. I felt very unappreciated after being with this establishment from the ground up.
