Pros

TJ Maxx as a whole is a good company to work for who really treats their employees well. In the store they badmouth everyone.

Cons

Good benefits but low pay. The store managers cannot get on the same page which makes job very stressful. No positive feedback at all. Major favoritism! Store management is not interested in employees thoughts or ideas unless you are the store managers favorite.

Pros

Fun atmosphere at first but got tiring very quickly

Cons

Minimum wage, little hours, annoying coworkers that wont do their jobs so you have to pick up their slack. 10 percent discount doesn't do much good and the management make you do too much for how little you get paid. If closing, the cashiers would each have a section to cleab and stock before we close and sometimes it was too busy to even get to do until we were already closed.
