Flexable schedule, nice discount, good merchandise, nice people.

Cons

hard work, mostly part time employees, 10 cent raises, $8 an hour.

Pros

You get a discount on everything you buy there and you get to see what there is before it go out on the floor/buy it first.They also let you have many layaways at the same time.You could switch days.

Cons

you have to work some nights and most weekends.If some thing came up or you where sick and couldn't talk you couldn't have someone else call in for you for any reason or you would get fired.they you change your schedule on a day off and expect you to know that without telling you.

Nice working conditions, employees are overall nice, can do different things depending on day, management flexible on hours

Cons

If on register other than customer service, can be hectic with long lines (nothing telling employees they can use customer service for checkout), can have little time for your section if on cashier, low pay, schedule posted late, might work days you don't want to
