Pros

retail experience, sales, costumer service experience, cashier and recovery experience, lots of interaction with the public, multicutural and diverse, across the age span.

Cons

managers are liars, cut throat, open rebuke in open area/pubic forum, no set/predictable schedule, play favorites, no benifits-->ever, no future-->ever, no raises-->unless you are a favorite(usually a relative and/or a friend).
