      Total lack of communication, training, respect and concern for it's employees. Management plays favorites with it's employees. Some management spend a lot of time "chatting" with "favorite" employees. the managers/assistant managers are too stressed. They only point out your flaws and mistakes. RARELY acknowledge good performance. Constantly want you asking customers to give more money, Cr cards (understandable) and donations for charities at same time. Major lack of training. Seems they talk over you, and treat you as "less than".

      good team allow for requested time off without a fuss decent managers pretty good pay lots of unique merchandise to look at

      Cons

      No chance to move up in status not enough hours wont schedule you the hours you are available hateful customers thieves galore
