      No hours unless you are full time. They let team leaders make team stressful. Nothing is ever confident.

      Wonderful people to work with. Strong relationships formed. Extremely flexible hours for student working two jobs. Opportunity for new skills to be acquired.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for work demanded. Customers are the absolute worst. They expect department store service at a discount store. Inconsistency of hours.

      clean environment, and the other people who work there are great and fun to be around

      Cons

      manager sometimes make bad decision wether it be hiring someone who is not a good fit or putting three people to take there breaks at the same time and not have enough people to cover those breaks
