Pros

My Co workers are amazing, it's kind of crazy for a place that is so negative and belitting by management

Cons

My managers literally treat us like we are dirt to them, they never understand when we get sick and need a day off or even requested days off months prior to them, you don't get them if it's an "inconvenience" to the manager making the schedule. I missed out on very important days because of tj maxx. When we are working and a manager walks by and we are around clothes or purses the automatically say "it's not time for shopping it's time for working" it's just feels like you have to walk on egg shells around there. I had a manager tell me how I needed to pay my bills like it was her business, I don't make enough money to go around to all my bills at once and have a manager tell me how to spend money it's one thing for them to tell me how to work but not how to live. I've been working there for 8 months and still have not watched the orientation videos. Our store is a complete mess until the day before our regional manager Bob comes in than the managers blame us and it's up to to clean up and make it look better. When we ask managers to come out of the office and show us something it's a complete hassle to them, and nothing is EVER good enough for the store manager he just has a rude personality as it is.
