Pros

The office building is located at the Battery. Pay is fair and most people are helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

The CEO, Jeremy Rainwater, and his management staff all the way down to the engineering leadership are doing their best to transform the company for the worse. They have no clue what they are doing and it will be hard to undo everything that they put in place.

- There are some great leaders in place who sincerely value their employees - Willingness to promote individuals within the organization - Competitive compensation and benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO)

Cons

- Incompetent/hostile leaders drive out a lot of good talent (very high turnover rate especially in learning and development department) - Lack of support for employee learning and development - Streamlined the workforce too much after purchase (employees are all wearing a lot of hats)
