Opportunity to travel if you're a high performer Diverse staff You can coast, basically do nothing and be totally fine if you're on the right team

Cons

Management doesn't care at all about product quality, interdepartmental communication, or engineering rigor Heavy contractor workforce in engineering, and management treats them as subhuman Horribly executed global engineering structure. One person can have 2-3 managers
