      Pros

      Maybe the money and even then that’s if they don’t just take you off payroll for no reason.

      Twice I’ve been randomly taken off payroll. I still have yet to receive any check or money. Then they all have an attitude when you call to ask about your money. They demanded I had to quit school to keep my job. The co workers are the reason they can’t keep people. Many of them are comfortable the way it is so when new people come in they make bets on people. They try to get them fired. This place needs a lot of improvement. One lady that still works there , her and an inmate get way too comfortable and when I said something she said mind your BUSINESS?! They are rude and trashy and it goes all the way up to the DM who is the same way.

      Pros

      Pay is a reasonable amount

      Cons

      Departments that should be working together are confused on what the other is doing. This is hard to explain to the client. This place has an internal mentality of a dog eats dog world. The workload is unmanageable and management expects you to work 12 hour days.

      There is autonomy in working at TKC and the benefits are good

      When help is needed, managers are far and few between.
