It's fine as a company. Coworkers are great and care about their work.

Cons

Huge disconnect between main office and Trinity. Seems like they don't really care to understand the business and how to best support it?

It is a fairly stable job.

Cons

The benefits get worse and worse. As with most bigger companies, it depends on who your boss is. Management sticks up for each other, even if it doesn't support the whole.
