      Company won't listen to you or your issues until the jail starts to complain.

      To much favoritism

      Pros

      Fulltime positions with benefits and Sometimes a chance to advance.

      Cons

      Management played favorites with certain people which resulted in the employees not in the "favorite" group picking up the slack for those that were. Management was terrible. Would put your business out there in front of customers/patients. Extremely unorganized.

      Opportunity to make positive change

      Challenging position working with inmates who are obviously in a life crisis mode, so lots of opportunities to help people in a positive way

      Money and benefits are low for the local market
