HR is careless, mostly outsourced, and lacks understanding, benefits are the worst.

Pros

All my of my co-workers for the most part, were great people, and talented. Some departmental managers are flexible, but held back by HR.

Cons

Things changed after the holding company came in. HR is bad at what they do, its not very personable. Benefits get worse every single year, by a large margin. They spam you via TEXT message to your personal phone to leave a positive review on glassdoor. Not much room for advancement. loyalty means nothing.

Full time hours and never short of pay. Weekly pay, great benefits, paid holidays, and weekends off.

Cons

Sometimes the trucks dont show up in the schedule day or time, this puts a hinder on the work load.
