The pay has been good. The quarterly bonus program is certainly nice to receive the extra incentive-motivation throughout the year. In general, the people that you work with are nice, respectful, and understand this niche business.

Cons

The leadership is severely lacking. The leadership team is almost unseen and unheard from at all times. There is no clear strategy for the departments to rally around and the priorities shift rapidly and often in opposition of the previous priority. This leads to frustration at all levels of the organization.
