      The support team in the company is amazing! They offer so many training courses at your fingertips with room to advance within the company.

      Cons

      The base pay could use a raise due to the cost of living increasing drastically!

      One of the WORST companies to work for

      Pros

      The pay and bonus, if they don't screw you out of it.

      Cons

      Terrible management, they allow the inmates to do things they're not supposed to but if you do it, they try to write you up. Ms. Steel has repeatedly given contraband to inmates as well as fallen asleep on the job. Not a safe environment, as you're supposed to have guards in the kitchen with you with the inmates and I've only been in the kitchen by myself. Also, I was promised a bonus, which they did not deliver. It's no wonder they can't keep employees, Stay far away from this company.

      Aweful Place To Work!

      You make decent money for the job you do.

      Cons

      They management is horrible. They do no have your back and are not concerned about your safety. I was made promises that were not kept, the management was verbally abusive. The facilities administration does not care about you as a person or your safety either. There is not much direction given, but they absolutely make it known when you do something wrong, without any training or directives given.
