      To much favoritism

      Fulltime positions with benefits and Sometimes a chance to advance.

      Cons

      Management played favorites with certain people which resulted in the employees not in the "favorite" group picking up the slack for those that were. Management was terrible. Would put your business out there in front of customers/patients. Extremely unorganized.

      TKC is not a good company

      weekends off. free ramen noodles

      Cons

      instead of paying you decent money they give you tons of vacation time so you end up shorthanded the whole summer
