      Pros

      Its starting pay is good. Job is easy.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't care about employees. Management doesn't resolve issues. When they up pay do to pay increase, the increase doesn't include past accrued raises, they just sent you at the new base pay. So you make just as much as new employees.

      Like Family Great Compensation With Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Great environment where you feel cared for, the pay is very competitive, and the ability to work remote or come in to the office is great for work life balance.

      Cons

      Raises are standard and no bonuses. Most roles allow for advancement with hard work, but not all.
