Inconsistent changes. Upper Management has no sense of direction.

Pros

-I worked there for almost 6 years. My coworkers were great. -Year end bonuses -Leaving work early on multiple Fridays

Cons

-Far too much micromanaging. -CEO appears to be your friend then disappoints you by stabbing you in the back.
