It means a great deal to hear that you've experienced supportive leadership, opportunities for professional growth, meaningful philanthropic initiatives, and a culture that values and supports our therapists and clinicians. We also appreciate you sharing your suggestions. Feedback about compensation, PTO benefits, and workplace policies helps us continue evaluating how we can better support our team members. Over the past year, we've made enhancements to our PTO program based on team member feedback, and we know these conversations are important as we continue to review our benefits and overall team member experience.
