They practice what they preach. Family oriented and very close knit. Expectations are high for quality and customer service with recognition and rewards given for appreciation. Team members are given opportunities each quarter to recognize each other. Very close teams at all levels and supervisors care! If you want a career that challenges you, rewards you and develops lasting friendships... you are looking in the right place.

Cons

As a family, team members can become very close and like any family, they can have their share of disagreements. at the end of the day, they support each other and become closer. Continued growth and development personally and professionally can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful for some.... but well worth it.

Good pay, paid holidays, respectful to employees, mileage & travel time, reasonable productivity expectations, quarterly bonus, PTO

Cons

No raises, mileage & travel time have to be negotiated and agreed upon prior to each assignment, sparse to no access to therapy materials, no sign on bonus, no relocation assistance

Always concerned with providing the best quality care while also striving to provide the best services for employees. Easy system to adapt to for documentation. Availabilty of advancement.

Cons

Only spread out mainly throughout the southern states. Such a great company to work for should offer more placements throughout the nation. Currently no match for 401K
