      TNTP has great flexibility and benefits, allowing most employees to work from home. They value great management and professional development.

      The work moves extremely fast, and they demand a lot from their employees. For many the work life balance is pretty impossible. They are a remote organization which has inherent challenges, some being communicating change and developing interpersonal relationships.
