The main people from the facility don't really take into account the amount of work and thought-process/planning that is done for the training sessions for each player. This is without mentioning how every player is different in terms of level, position, including personality, and the time that they have been coming into the facility to train. This is not a "just choose any drills for today and get them out of here" type of work that you are doing if you genuinely care about the player's growth and development. Therefore, I felt that they did not pay enough for the work that a trainer can put into the planned sessions, the services and experience used with every player.
