Poor wages Poor advancement opportunities New employees hired at higher starting wages than current employees of 4+yrs experience Terrible morale due to unkind and uncaring management Promotions, raises are siezed. They have no new developments and rely on a single customer for income although that customers forecast for goods is decreasing rapidly. They want YOU to come up with ideas for a better future but pay salary to 3 employees to do that already, so they just sit at a desk. .......surprise!!, layoffs oh yeah those happen all too often

They hire Chemists to as Lab Technicians and pay them as such: lower than they should. They will try and fire you rather than lay you off. They work you around the clock. They don't respect holidays. Sometimes they won't let you use your own vacation time.
