      -Great Benefits [401(k) and Health Insurance are on point] -Lots of upward mobility -Very collaborative environment -Strong ethical mission statement (It feels good to work here)

      Cons

      -Can have a lot of travel at times (which could be a pro if someone likes to travel a lot and see new places) -Can have little supervision at times (again could be a pro if someone likes the autonomy)
