      Pros

      Pay is decent. Sometimes you get free lunch, not much else positive here.

      Cons

      Reminded me of high school- if ur not in with the right clique, then you will be made to feel like an outsider every day. Antiquated software programs to run huge numbers - lots of mistakes happen all, the, time.

      Example of Pure Crony Capitalism

      Pros

      Some good blue collar coworkers. Some people have a good work ethic.

      Cons

      Classic case of what's wrong with crony capitalism. Company wouldn't exist without the support of forced-deposit beverage laws that force distributors to add a bottle-recycling surcharge to every bottle that can be redeemed by returning the bottle. As someone who believes in freedom rather than coercion, I think recycling should be voluntary.

      Good people with a committed attitude. Employees have the opportunity to fail or succeed based on their desire to do so.

      Cons

      Ups and downs like most companies but many of that comes as the result of the individuals assessment of situations.
