Pros
In the summer we have half-day Fridays (7:30 am-12:30 pm). It was a fun company before a lot of the great workers left. We celebrate everyone's birthdays and milestones.
Cons
If your looking to share your ideas the odds of them ever going into action is minimal. There's little room for growth in this role. If you ask for a raise or promotion they will say they don't have the resources and then will give someone else a promotion right after you asked.
