      Interesting job role Working with great people They’ve solved the previous issues in the operations department with a new Operations Manager coming in Working with toys and getting to see new products at an early stage Everyone’s opinion is listened to Free breakfast once a month

      There is a disconnect between the various offices but this is improving. Some issues are beyond your control which can be frustrating
